Joyce Folgert

Joyce is a rare combination of a scholar, a watercolor painter, and respected teacher of adults and children. Her career has been shaped by diverse experiences.  She has been honored with awards for her work in both the arts and in teaching.

 

As an instructor, she encourages her students to learn the basic watercolor techniques.  

With her energetic passion for the medium, once the students have learned these techniques, Joyce allows her students to freely explore and develop their painting style.

She spends time in Bozeman Montana as a grandma to Identical Twin Boys, and also spends time in Madison Wisconsin with more of her family.
